Hello Guys. This is build for Teemo. With the Blinding darts (+Toxic Shot) you can do a lot amounts of damage to your opponents.

It's my first build, so chill guys.

Lets get started.

THIS BUILD WILL BE UPDATED WHEN I GET MORE FREE TIME !

Marks of Desolation are helping you to get some extra armor penetration.
Seals of Alacrity are giving you attack speed. On 18 lv u should have 2.000 attack speed with these items.
With Glyphs of Focus you get smaller cdr on your spells, which is good because of your mushrooms.
For Quintessences i would choose -||- of Fortitude, because Teemo is squishy on early game.

Clarity - It's usefull spell because you will stay without mana tons of time.
Exhaust - If u have problems with chasing down the enemies, u should take this spell to slow em down.
Heal - Good choice because Teemo is squishy on early game.
Ignite - One of the best spells for Teemo, in combo with Blinding Darts and Toxic Shot there are small chances that the enemy can survive it.

On beginning i choose Amplifying Tome and Health potion.
If you start to pwn those guys on beginning u can take Mejai SoulStealer
and then kick Malady from build.
