Armor Pen would be helpful. I guess that would be situational. If you have enemies that are tankish, and stack armor, I would take one over a bloodthirster.

I think this build missing out on some armor pen imo. Maybe a black cleaver over one of the bloodthirsters?

Well, the two vampiric scepters are turned into bloodthirsters, and the reason why I have 2 is for the awesome lifesteal and good damage output.

And yes, I would love to put images, but I need some help, I really don't know how to put images in yet, so any help/ comments would be appreciated, I can make the guide much better.

I have been looking for a decent Guide for Teemo. This build looks pretty good and is very well detailed for new players like my self. but some Picutures would have been nice, But why have two Vampiric Scepter? Anyway good guide all Ill be sure to test it out thanks.
