Teemo's range is too short for him to be an effective ad carry like anyone else. Also on an ad carry IE and PD go before everything else. Early armor pen is useless.

Honestly I feel like AD Teemo wastes a lot of his abilities. I can't even tell you howe many times i get kills from my mushrooms and I'm not even there, and I don't even play AP Teemo. I do agree with you that AD Teemo with his near max attack speed can take out turrets and maybe 1v1 a lot of champions, but I still feel the Hybrid is the way to go in order to make use of his abilities and make his poison do a lot of damage, as well as having high hit damage. Overall +1 though for an AD build.
