Hello its Monkay300 once again. This is my crit teemo build. its really good I suggest ppl to at least try it. I never a got a penta with this build but I have got a phew quads and a bunch of triple kills. this build has you can see is based on crit with a full rune page of crit change, you'll probably start with 22% crit chance at lvl 1. You may be missing damage but this build is more late game but you'll probably be good. With this build I have carried many of games to victory. My recent game with Teemo with this build was a victory 6/6/10. its not my best nor my worst but you might get ksed a phew times. In this game I wasn't mid I was laning bot with a Janna.

I put a full critical chance rune page . The reason is because it will give you a great boost late game (you'll have lots of crit chance so you'll almost do a crit every shot). it will give you a boots since infinity edge give you more crit damage. When you got your infinity edge you'll have about 70 % crit chance.

In my masteries I put 3 points on deadliness for the extra 2% crit chance, 1 point on cripple because I got exhaust, 4 point on alacrity because it increases your attack rate by 4%, 3 points on sunder for the armor pen, 2 point on offensive mastery for the extra damage on minions, 3 point on brute force and 3 points on lethality for the attack damage bonus and the crit damage bonus and I finish by putting 1 on havoc for its extra 4% damage.

Now utility, 1 point on haste because I get ghost, 3 point on perseverence for the regen, 4 on awareness for extra exp and 1 on greed for more money.

I build the masteries like this because I think it how you'll do more damage, if you don't agree please comment and suggest me something better.

I always start off with a Doran's item, I think its a good start to not be that squishy
so I take Doran's blade. Next its Berserker's Greaves, it give good attack speed good for this build. Then I take Last Whisper, it gives great attack damage and armor pen.
followed by Zeal then Phage I don't rust Phantom Dancer because you'll be too squishy.
Then you finish Phantom Dancer and Get Infinity Edge. Finish your Frozen Mallet then sell Doran's blade for The Bloodthirster.

You can get Madread's Bloodrazor if necessary ( in the case there all tanky). The Black Cleaver too any AD item but keep Phantom Dace and Infinity Edge. You can replace Last Whisper but I suggest not to keep it, I think it will be useful. Its up to you if you want to keep The Bloodthirster and Frozen Mallet.

(I get Frozen Mallet for its slow and HP.)

Pros
-Can mid and carry a game
-Does big crit damage and hurts real bad late game
-Poison deals great after damage
-Can 1 vs 1 about any fighter since he got a blind
-Can be a good kser if you train to
- Poison + Lizard buff would do great damage
-Has Penta kill potential
Cons
-Squishy
-Not the beast early in game
-Shrooms do not do a lot of damage
-No great AOE
-Blind doesn't hurt much
-Mana problems ( but basically you auto attack so it isn't much)

I take Ghost and Exhaust.
Exhaust can help to reduce the damage because your squishy and Ghost can help you chase you can be even faster ( you might even catch up the yi). But I am not a fan of flash you can take it its really good its just I rather not. You can also take teleport and teleport on one of your shrooms ( that a good trick to get ppl by surprise). you can also take ignite poison + ignite deals great damage.

The Good spells are Ghost , Exhaust, Teleport, Ignite, Flash

The So So spells ( -/+ Ok) Clairvoyance, Cleanse

Don't even think about the rest.

I upgrade Toxic Shot first then a take Blinding Dart and at lvl 3 I take Move Quick for the base movement. I Max Toxic Shot first because it going to do great after damage so you can secure a kill. then its really up to you I maxed Blinding Dart after but if you like to max Move Quick before its your choice.

What I love about Teemo is that if you run away you can always catch them ,even if they escape your poison got them. But what I like the most is went they are low on hp and they land on one of your shrooms.

Try always your best to farm because you always have to try to out farm you enemy even if you not mid. if you farm more you get more money witch means you get your item faster ( the fastest you get Last Whisper the better, you'll need the armor pen and the attack damage )

IMPORTANT
When your mid try not to get out framed this is really crucial if it happens. To farm better you can go to the jungle while your enemy is out of sight ( M.I.A) or just take the opportunity to gank and get a kill for money.

I would like to add something else, Teemo is one of my favourites champions.
So please I would like you guys to comment on who is your favourite champion and why.
I like Teemo because he can be played in many ways and also he is very fast.
His ult is probably my favourite thing when a random guy just lands on it with low hp.
