Teemo, The Undying Scout!

Ok before u instantly down vote this because it is to expensive, i have been playing alot of long games lately so it not to expensive to me.

First the summoner spells:
i prefer Exhaust and Ignite. Exhaust to keep them from fleeing and ignite to add on to your poison to finish them. You could also use heal( more survivability), Clarity ( so you dont run outta mana and can't use blinding darts, Ghost ( if for soem reason you think you need even more movement speed O.o).

Next the skills:
i prefer gettin toxic shot first. thsi of course is totally due to prefrence. i find that toxic shot is more effective the blinding dart at lvl 1. partailly for farmin creep and then also ***ualting enemy for first blood. i get blinding dart at lvl 2 and move quick at lvl t3 (o nly 1 lvl of move quick is needed till like lvl 14) i alternate lvl blindg dart and the toxic shot givng me some blaanace dmg and sitll stron moves at the same time
