Ability Order
Guerrilla Warfare (PASSIVE)
Teemo Passive Ability
Pros/Cons
For a relatively squishy champion, can take quite a bit of damage.
High damage output
High movement speed
Great in one-on-ones against AD: Blind, excellent damage, lasts for quite a while, can run(and chase, thanks to frozen mallet) very effectively.
Cons:
This build gives him decent magic penetration, but does little damage to characters that build MR.
Not very great in teamfights- He bursts down like a boss, but has little CC.
Attack speed reliant:
If he gets blinded, or reduced attack speed, he is kind of screwed. Stuns highly effective.
Easily countered.
