Teemo on ap u really need to survive from ur blinding dart and mushrooms. The point is the enemy can easely avoid your shroom and you wont make it with 800dmg of ur blinding dart. If u play dps u will do like 1200 dmg on 1 attack Because u:
1.crit like 1000
2.Madreds Bloodrazer
3.U still have ur toxic shot.
Ppls say teemo ad fails well i NEVER had a BAD K/D because Captain teemo has super DPS.
Plz if u use teemo on ap dont say this build fails cause u might have never tryed it i hope u will vote + thx and gl with the build

U will need this items for high crit and nice dmg but the bloodrazer makes u able to kill a tank with 6000 hp fast even if it has thornmail because u have 2x bloodthirster and u will not take any dmg.
Why u dont buy ap.
Its AD or AP dont hybrid on teemo cause ur build will fail and u have to choose. If u go ap u will only win if ur blinding dart is ready and if they walk in ur mushroom but walking in ur mushroom is like a 1% change they will so that fails. AP teemo doesnt have lifesteal u do need lifesteal to survive and kill a tank. Ap teemo wont be able to kill a tank? No he doesnt cause they just block the dmg of ur blinding dart and slay u, since u dont have lifesteal u'll be dead in like 3 seconds

Why do i use Heal and Ghost.
I use heal to like escape from the beginnen because u will die quickly because teemo is easy to kill at the start just like twitch.
I use Ghost because u will be able to run super fast about 600 movement speed so u will always be able to follow track down and kill enemy's
I dont really kno good runes for teemo at the seal but on the mark u get a nice armor pen and with Quintessence of Alacrity u have some nice attack speed same for the glyph's
