Hello. I'm a diamond 1 player and I play all roles. I mained Teemo in season 1 and 2 and played him a bit in early season 3.

Now. Who knows better about viability, you or me? Really think about this, because it's important. I'm a grandmaster at chess and you're struggling with checkers.

Now that we've gotten that out of the way and you acknowledge that you don't have any knowledge of this game, lets just break down hurricane.

2400 gold for 70% attack speed and extra missiles.
Build path dagger dagger recurve bow.

Hmm. This seems not awful, right? Pretty cheap build path, good pushing power, etc. So why is it awful?

It's awful because your auto attacks are terrible. That's right, teemo's auto attacks aren't that big of a deal. Any bruiser with sustain will easily be able to outduel you. If you bring up your blind, I'll punch you in the tit for a lot of reasons. You blind them, they CC you. They win.

Another thing about how awful this item is its sheer lack of stats. In a straight 1v1 duel, the passive is useless. You basically paid 2400 gold for attack speed. That doesn't cut it.

NOW. Lets talk about an amazing item on teemo;
BORK: 3200 gold, decent AD, ASP, and LS, Good build path, Arguably the best passive and active ability on an item in the entire game.

Why is bork so much better than hurricane? Because it has 10X the utility. You can push plenty fast with BORK, but you can also freeze the wave. Not so with hurricane. You can sustain any damage you take and have a massive spike in damage once complete. You gain CC. You gain an escape. You rip through buffs, baron, dragon, everything. Just scimitar is an amazing item itself and the build path even gives you cc and a ****ty escape.

Try this build for a game:
boots, dorans shield+dorans blade, BORK, phage, wit's end. Then come back and tell me that hurricane is better cuz u auto so gud.

TL;DR you're unranked (b4), I'm diamond 1. Everyone above bronze knows how ****ty hurricane is. Stop taking it personally when we call it a ****ty item. Just drop it and take the advice.

bioalchemist, as i said i ran out of time, so making it nice and pretty wasnt an option at the time. Ill edit the post soon to make it complete. ive got 3 seperate rune/mastery builds for different maps/situations. ive also got counter information, teaming information, gameplay strategy information, and short videos to add as well. english IS my first language, and the last thing i need help with is how to build a page with basic http script. like i said, its a rough draft, will finish later. thanks for pointing that our though, very helpful...
