Now you may be thinking why would talon be AP? None of his abilites scale with AP? He gains absolutly no benefit from having AP. That my good sir/madam is exactly why we use this. AP talon is the best talon build, in my opinion, because it shows off the strengths of his base stats and the skill of the user. Going AP gets rid of the handicap that is AD items. This build is the best build for any character ever. This is not fake, I use this in every game I use talon, granted ive never had a KD higher than 13/2 but it is still pretty good. This build should be the number 1 used talon build in the world.
