You write the most interesting stuff on here and it's pretty important as well. I'm glad we have someone like to voice your opinions and use your brain. :) Great job

You need to add another commandment: Thou shalt surrender when it is clear that you will not win
I know way too many people who are just like "Surrender? Nah. "PENTAKILL" I still think we can win this"

Spelled "practice" wrong multiple times.
Also, disagree with some parts.
Some of this is really, REALLY situational, but you mention no such thing.

Example, you said to not go suicidal to kill someone because they're at low HP and are the last straggler getting away.
If they're legendary with 20 stacks on Mejai's, I would advise if you have the chance to kill this person while tower diving, do it. 1k Gold and they lose a lot of power.
There are also a few other situations where tower diving after someone is a good idea.

Lot of things said here are also situational, but still helpful towards new players.
