Introduction
NOT AN IDEAL RUNE PAGE FOR "newb" TF's that being said this rune page is set up for max damage late game were you shine....i take mr pen in marks for the extra dps on your w and q it really does help before you have your void staff. i take yellow ap per lvl for the mid/late game ap im not worried about getting armor because of my stun and i play somewhat safe. i take ap per lvl blues for the same reason as the yellows
lets look at my mastreys.
i take 4 in mental force for the ap and its the only ap in the first row
i take 4 in sorcery for extra cool down reduction but mostly for the talent in the next row
i take 1 in arcane knowladge for the BEASTLY 10% mr pen i take havoc for the 1.5% over all damage increase
i take 4 in blast for extra ap
i take 4 in archmage for the extra ap
i take one in executioner for the extra low health dps not exatly very good but its meh
DEFENSE
i take 3 in magic resist for mr your going to go up against a ap mid mostly all the time
i only take 1 in armor cause im not very afraid of junglers as i got stun and i play defensively.
i take 4 in durability for the next talent
i take 1 in veteran scars for the extra 30 health THAT CAN MEAN LIFE OR DEATH TRUST ME IVE BEEN BELOW 30 HEALTH AND LIVED WHEN I HAD VET SCARS ON it is so worth it
