Seals specialize in Defense. Thus making AP a worthless thing in Seals. I think you should go with something more defense related to effective your Seals.
Glyph specialize in Statistics. Ap is rather ok but not as if you went with like... HP regen/lvl. Or flat HP regen to help early game.
Otherwise, your build is good. As of me, I think I would switch one the items for early Tear of goddess (upped in Archangel Staff) for increased mana cap and better AP efficiency if I were to play along this build. Other items are good. Great job on the build.
