the combo u should do for mide game is ulti rake Noxian Diplomacy thn use ur silence thn try finish them with basic att if they try to run use exhusted

runes: armour pen for his abilties
Arour in general for his suvirvability cause hes quiet squishy
cdr for his abilitys
