You should get first 3 chimes before the laning starts.
The third spawns at 1:15 so try to stay near your tier 2 bot turret for it to spawn closer to you.
Your spike is at 5 chimes!
Remember to roam and if you're inexperienced/insecure, try roaming with your jungler.
Don't be afraid to throw your ultimate even if most of them end up being a complete miss and **** up a team fight, at least one them will be a game winner.
Most importantly, sit back, relax, get comfy and collect your chimes.
