Well yeah Lizard is more suitable for LeeSin because of the AD . But i Think Golem is much better because the fact that you can almost tank enemy skillset and autoattacks so which basically is needed for a good jungler . that you have enough tankiness for it is long enough to your Mid/Top/Bot to execute thier plays . ELder Lizard is a much stronger jungle item on Lee Sin. You made a small mistake when selecting Masteries because Bladed Armor is impossible to choose without putting points into Tough Skin . Instead of embedded pictures you can use coding provided by the website. Just check out some coding guides!

Golem isn't core, just saying.

Merge all 3 builds into one and structure cheat sheet something like this:

Starting items
First purchases
Core build; lizard, sighstone, mobi's
Offensive options
Defensive options
Example 6-item build

Makes the cheat sheet a lot easier to use and allows the reader a bit more variety based upon the game.
