Thing is, you do see pro players building T2 boots if they don't seem to have the gold for a BF sword. Perhaps this is because of the focus on objectives/teamfights (dragon).

I personally don't go T2 boots before laning phase ends very often unless the enemy jungler has decent presence and I need to avoid skillshots/CC.

I'll be sure to clarify that in the guide.

Tier2 Boots are marked as "First back CHOICES". no one cares what you would recommend because it isn´t your guide. and the guide hasn't been reviewed that often till now. it's still under construction.
