Got rid of the Zeal, replaced it with a Sheen for the ability. It helps you build a Trinity force later and its more useful then zeal is really early game. otherwise only thing thats changed is minus a Bloodthirster and inserting a Hextech Gunblade, which works just fine because it gives lifesteal + spell vamp to never have to go "b".
