All AD runes? Kind of a waste IMO. You should really get some ArPen. runes, CDR, and MP5 or Armor. Like bigfatcow said, it seems like your using a build for AD Carries on Urgot, which he is not an AD Carry. He should not have to rely on auto-attacks for damage, since his range is horrible. Especially since with this build he would be rather squishy, getting close enough to auto-attack seems like it would get him killed before he could do anything. He should really rely more on his E+Q combo. Atma's Impaler would be a much better item than the Infinity Edge, Black Cleaver, or Bloodthirster IMO. Also to be able to shoot your Acid Hunters every 1.2 seconds you need a CDR of 30%, not 19% as your build would give you. Personally I find getting a Frozen Heart benefits Urgot more than your attack items since it gives mana, which increases the damage from your Manamune. Plus is gives Armor(2nd most after Thornmail) and a slow.

it seems like you're trying to make Urgot an AD ranged carry like caitlyn or vayne. Why IE or Black Cleaver? Urgot shines because of his E+Q combo, but his Acid Hunter does not apply any on-hit effects apart from his passive, so it cannot crit nor apply Black Cleaver debuffs. IE is therefore a totally wasted item on Urgot. Also, whats with your obsession with attack damage in your runes? You'll need as much armor pen as you can get from your marks, as well as possibly CDR from your glyphs. Also, your mana regen at early lvls is totally **** because you have no mana regen rune or even a mana regen item such as meki pendant. Enjoy running out of mana and making his harassment combo useless due to your lack of mana.
Also, whats with leveling both your Acid Hunter and your Noxian Charge at the same time. Acid Hunter should always be leveled first as it does much more dmg than your corrosive charge.
