Early game - Farm and poke with Q thats it if you have a chance to stun or slow them with W and take them out do it!!!!!! get life steal early for health sustain and use W blue card for sustain mana stay in lane as long as possible makes later on game easier

Mid game - Farm and roam your goal is to get lots of attack speed and life steal take put dragon and turrets use CC to help team fights try to one v one weak champs avoid tanks and sneaky assassins like fizz or zed if you run into a tank kite and poke use W for CC and be carefull if you see Assassin just run lol

Late game - full build you will be a beast so roam like crazy use ult to take out people and go for the squishy champs use CC from W to help team and also full build you can solo baron

masteries is cool down and attack speed and damage get some defense so you will last longer in lane my runes and masteries are suggestions.

Runes go defensive glyphs and seals. everything else go attack speed or damage or penetration.

farm with Q and basic attacks you get a lot of gold from passive so farm a lot. Use Blue card from W on minions to last hit and get bonus mana
