Summoners- Good
Runes- Bad, Read Searz' rune tips about primary/secondary runes
Skill order- Fine
Items- Half good. Zerks, Veil and a Bloodthirster is good but you need some ArP, ie. Last Whisper. Also Manamune isn't great try Mana regen Seals. Another thing is your poor Attack Speed, you need some form of attack speed (other then zerks) to do some decent DPS.
Masteries- Fine except chuck a point into increased buff duration, Ranged carries get Red yes?
