Spells:
Flash
Ignite
Ability Order
Blade's End (PASSIVE)
Talon Passive Ability
Pros / Cons
+ Massive Burst Damage
+ Fun to play
+ Nice ganker
Cons:
- You aren't any right-clicker so you might have to wait CDs sometimes
- Pretty squishy and you are targeted often since you deal out loads of damage
- Hard to master (like every champion?)
Yeah... Don't really know how to start this guide up since it is my very first one. I'd like to mention that this is NOT a perfect guide and tell all the facts how to become true OMG pwner. Just want to share this build which works in my opinion. There will also be loads of bads in grammar since English ain't my primary languange. I guess that's enough of this part.
So.. You may want to know why have I chosen these runes. Marks and quints are armor peneration because we want to deal more damage and get some aid in the pre-game.
There are two options for seals in my opinion. Another are the mp regen per lvl in case theres no really need for armor. This is important if you don't have blue buff to kick up your mana. The other option for seals are the armors as I said. This helps you up... well, you know how it helps you.
As glyphs I decided to choose CDR per lvl since Talon is pretty dependent on his cooldowns. This will make you into killing machine since now you can pretty much spam your "Q" and "W". Theres much more help from you when you can fights longer and you are not limited into one burst only.

I chose 21/0/9 masteries to max the damage output. I trust that you guys have some knowledge about picking up masteries so this is enough said though. Simply we want to make our Talon as effective and fast killer as possible. Thats why I pick out CDR, attack rate and Lethality + Havoc from offence.
From Utility I prefer awareness ower Good Hands since if you die often you really are doing something wrong... So we want level 6 as soon as possible so we can start harvesting the kills.

We start up with boots and potions to make laning easier and potions will help you to last longer on lane. Usually as Talon you don't want to face up ranged carries and thats why solo top is the right place for you in the lane.
On our first visit to the shop we hopefully have enoguh gold for Brutalizer to give us some more dmg. After that we propably are in need of some movement speed. Ionian boots are great pick to boost even more CDR which is your secret weapon in the late game ;)
After boots we are going to start building up Bloothirster. Get the B.F. sword as first and after that finish your Bloodthirster. Then go and take your Ghostblade in the end which provides you some movement- and attackspeed + critical. This is an item which you want to have on Talon since the active of this item is the name of the game!
Theres the core build. After that you can consider if you need even more damage or more surv. If you are going down often and easily, think about buying frost mallet and banshees veil. For more damage Infinity Edge is a brilliant choise. By that you get the damage and some critical chance + damage which make you even more lethal.

From laning I could say that avoid getting on the same lane with ranged. That will make your farming A LOT more difficult. As I already said the solo top is just the right place for you. It is very usefull to always have something like 3 health potions with you since they are almost free and help you to stay on lane much longer ( which allows you to out-farm and out-exp your opponent on the lane). Heres a reminding about zoning. Video is not mine and I do not take any credit from it.
