Rushing Lich Bane... sounds interesting! Will try it out soon!
Although it sounds like getting your sorcerer shoes first would be a good idea

I definitely agree with Anastasios. (A) Rushing Lich Bane is not a good idea. I would get Rabadon's Deathcapfirst. If you want to make your guide more attractive head to the top of the page go to the Guides & Strategy tab, and go to Getting Started Guide. It will teach you basic formatting, and editing for your guide.

Needs a lot of color, coding, images etc. I don't think you should rush lich bane, as it costs a lot and you don't have enough AP to utilise its full potential. How will you have 443 AP on lvl 12 with only lich bane? Also, her shield is incredibly useful, especially against DoTs.
Overall, needs a lot of work.
