Just in case anyone wanted to try this, there was a change where Trynda lost 1.2 of his AP ratio from the heal. Now this strategy only works if you can fill your fury bar before you heal, you can't heal that much while running away anymore.

This strategy could still be playable by some, but I think it lost its charm, I haven't played this since the changes of heal's AP ratio and by the time, there were also some new items like BotRK, Zephyr etc., giving Trynda much nicer options in AD build as well.

This would have been great before the Trynd change.

I tried playing it in a normal. It was 2-1-2 both sides, I went top with Darius. I got fed a bit, bought Nashor's Tooth as first AP item, so I was quite agile early. I ended 9/5/12 and a while before enemy team surrendered, they tried to kill me, but failed hard. I healed and spinned, then had to rage, then healed 1000 again. I didn't get to Rylai, Randuin or Abyssal Scepter yet, though. But I was quite tanky and my damage and CC was not to be ignored.
