I don't really like Wriggle's Lantern to much because Tryndamere all ready has some nice healing abilities and he can pretty much 1 hit minions after getting a Phantom Dancer and a B. F. Sword. Other than that I do like this build :)

Edit: You should Make the description a little better and maybe add an item that you could use to replace Wriggle's Lantern when you have all six core items. (I mean lets face it. Wriggle's Lantern is a good early game item only.)

If you got the item for the life steal then you can consider getting Bloodthirster. Your attacks will be devastating to who gets hit and the life steal will be awesome! :)
