What this build is (Tl;DR)

This is not a glass cannon. This is not a warmog atma's tanky build. This is a Twisted Fate that can last in teamfights, and dish out punishment longer. Twisted fate is a cleanup- You need to spam your cards and hit as many champions as possible. Glass cannons can be nuked down nearly instantly, while a warmogs offers less threat to the table. This is a combination of both. Armor and magic resist are covered with Wit's End and runes, health by Dorans' and Frozen. Damage is maintained by a combination of bloodthirster, more procs with SD and WE, and other damage items. Spells cover escapes.

Runes

Attack speed attack speed attack speed. You need more stacked deck procs, and more Wit's End procs. Armor is vital though, since you have none otherwise. The extra 25 armor will be a lifesaver.
