I'm currently in Aussie for holiday, so experiemnting has stopped until further notice.
But totally thanks for the feedback people. :P It's great. But for what it's worth, critical chance is important early game because it helps you last hit more efficiently too. I think I may from time to time switch out 1-2 of the quints of fortitudes to critical chance. Early game is SO important for TF. Once you're gank denied, you might as well just give up. :[

you dont know how happy i am that someone else sees the uselessness of sword of the divine, thank the lord god almighty. but i'm not sure how i feel about the frozen heart, i know its lots of armor and you wont need your blue card as often, but i guess i might have to try that, i usually get the mallet when im having dying issues. i really like the idea of two zeals, for the faster movement speed, i dont think they suck, also the normally get the beserkers greaves, i only get mercs if there is a shaco and a fiddle- the double fear and fiddle's silence, or others that have a silence on low cooldown.
runes i am a big fan of your choice to go crit chance but i also like some armor pen, so if your up against a good armor tank you have an easier time with him, esp with the starks and cleaver
i feel your pain about them nerfing blue card, i hate it when i'm not paying too much attention and i find myself low on mana so i blue card a minion and my minions kill it and i end up with even less mana, sucks so much
i also completely agree with you on the dying thing, saying that you die too much or have too little health, and i dont get very many kills early game but i get kills late game because of the insane as
