Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
I have put in the 6th item due to the Malady change, Bloodthirster.
Hey guys, this is my first published build. Many people laugh and call me things because of my strange or maybe unregular builds. But in the end, it's me that is laughing when I killed them with a pentakill. I'm going to explain my choices of spells, skills, masteries, items and runes.
This build gives you around 125ap(125more dmg to expunge), 2.5attacks/sec and around 350-400dmg.
Ghost: Awesome chase/run away skill.
Exhaust: An extra slow, also good for disabling other physical carries like Yi or Olaf.
First of with ambush for scouting and possible first blood.
Expunge maxed first because of the strong magic damage.
Ambush maxed second for longer stealths.
Deb. Poison maxed third and ulti when possible.
Offensive: More ap/magic penetration for expunge. Armor penetration and more dmg for ulti. I don't use crit items for Twitch so I don't use the critdmg mastery.
Utility: Better Ghost, more exp for faster lvling and neutral monster buff duration, mainly for lizard elder buff.
Malady: Perfect attack speed for twitch, a little ap and awesome magicpen stacks.
Boots of Mobility: Fastest boots, moving around the map in no time. Getting faster to ganks, scouting ahead for your team.
Tiamat: Mainly for the splash dmg, but also for the 42dmg, costs 2070gold and it almost have same dmg as BF Sword.
Guinsoo: Dmg for ulti and AP for expunge, also a little more attack speed is always welcome.
The Black Cleaver: 75dmg and reduces enemies armor. Paper heroes such as Annie will die faster than ever.
Bloodthirster: Lots of dmg, life steal, what's not to like?
I use my main carry rune build, you can always use other glyphs/seals if you want.
Armor penetration Marks/Quints for more dmg.
Mana reg Seals is good if you stay in lane a long time.
Magicres/lvl Glyphs is good for a chance to survive against heavy dmg casters.
How to play
Start item: vamp scepter.
If you can hold yourself in lane until you get 1825gold, get malady, otherwise get boots of speed and then save up for malady. When you have BoMobility and malady, you should try to gank lanes to help your team push towers. Try to get tiamat as soon as possible, you should be around mid game right now and when you get that opportunity when they stand in a circle, you wish you had tiamat. Finish off making tiamat and guinsoo, then it's time to play! Play defensive, scout around and see if you find someone in a bush, always look at your enemies for oracles. Finish off the Cleaver and then go for that important ace/pentakill to win the game.
Due to this being my first guide, give me comments about what you think about it, what I can improve and such. Have a nice pentakilling day with Twitch!
