runaan's is a horrible item... especially for twitch

Idk why your guide isn't getting that much views. I think your guide is okay though.

Some interesting points to bring in, is explaining why Sona, Fiddlesticks, and Nami are 'ok' supports for twitch. I'd like to hear your reasoning for this, because those are the supports with whom i've had the best success with.

Also, I've found that many of the supports you listed as being good are difficult for me to play with. Would you mind going into further explanation of this, as i'm actually quite curious how a Twitch Soraka lane can work out well.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you won't ever get my upvote unless you remove many/all instances of Runaan's Hurricane from your build. Runaan's costs the same amount as Phantom Dancer, except it doesn't give twitch any additional critical strike chance, which makes your Spray and Pray much less effective than it could be.

On Twitch I take Heal or Barrier because Twitch is last hitting champion and Ignite is very bad on he.
Runaan Hurricane is good item for almost every ADC champion and Twitch isnt exception, but Phantom dancer is very good too.
Twitch is champion who dealing a lot of fast damage, so I take for example: Bloodthirster, Infinity Edge and good one defensive item is The black creaver or Guardian Angel of Warmog armor.
And he build can be also classic ADC build.
