Thanx. I did infact try IE earlier on in the build a few times, but the AP+Crit provided alot more reliability EARLY GAME. I was chopping tanks down like tree's, also alot of other twichy's love IE ASAP as the rats nasty AD ***** and AP falls apart later when Thorn-mail comes into the picture, I was looking to change it up a bit. I feel alot of builds focus on creating a powerful end-game twitch, this build kinda paces him thru and thru, and provides versatility to change up his end game. =)

I vastly prefer IE earlier on the rat, but a good build regardless.
