whenever u add a build with movement speed quints u might be able to have that name.

I think 1v1 a Kha'Zix isn't that essy, especially since the little Kha'Zix buff where the W heal got increased. Overall Kha'Zix does scale better into late-game than Udyr because he's being known as a "carry jungler", but as you said, it all depends on the game situation!
Just keep in mind that this is my opinion how I see this matchup!;)
Anyway, that's a pretty nice guide with useful informations!:)

So unless I misread or miscalculated you're telling people to take 5% cdr on masteries, 10% cdr on quints, 5% cdr on flat glyphs and 5% more on scaling glyphs, then 20% on frozen heart and 10% more on locket/visage.

5+10+5+5+20+10 = 55.
