I've been playing udyr a long time, and can tell you this is the best build to climb elo with. Phoenix stance scales very well with ap and attack speed. Mana is a huge problem for udyr so thats why we take clarity so you don't run out. Archangels helps with mana regen and also helps you scale with ap. Banner helps you split push, while talisman helps you catch up to enemies. Runaans makes every auto a third hit so you constantly proc your phoenix. I have tested this myself and it's overpowered AF. Lastly, we have attack speed boots so you can hit more and the guinsoos so you can proc more passive hits. My main tip for you to win is just run at them in a straight line and then hit them. This scares them off most of the time and then they won't hit you back. Good luck climbing to challenger! It'll be easy with this build and guide.
