Good guide, but the only thing I have issue is with the fact you have 3 tanky items. I would change GA for black cleaver. It dramatically increases your damage output.
unfortunately ive heard that blak cleaver does not use its ***ive on acid hunters, only ur basic attack which has a ridiculously short range. I would swap out guardian angel for a blood thirster, for massive daage ouput and less returns to the pol after jungling and team fights.
there is lots of controversy of black cleaver, i could be wrong about the acid hunter but more opinions say that black cleavers passsive doesnt work with them

I tried this build out, didn't die a lot after Guardian Angel was complete.
With the rune setup, I was constantly dealing a lot of damage and Mana wasn't a problem.
Excellent damage early to late game. I'm going to experiment with swapping cooldown glyphs for magic resist.
