mmh, you took the "right" skill-order in the guide but in the clean sheet there's "wrong" skill-order. I mean there's Condemn before Silver Bullets and I'd really prefer Silver Bullets and actually pretty much everyone else would prefer that too. About summoner spells; I do not understand why you don't list exhaust but you still list spells like teleport. Overall your build is pretty much same as normal Vayne -build used by for example Chaosx that's quite famous for playing Vayne. Btw Chaosx uses exhaust on Vayne. ^^

edit: and btw Wriggle's Lantern is also nice obligatory item for Vayne, not for primary build though.
