+1, I read the whole guide, and the theory behind it! I just made a vayne build, and my builds are kinda similar, but for my build I have three types first one which is most like yours but no trin :) you can read why i have chosen to leave it out in my build. But for glyphs i would suggest getting attack speed because i feel more attack speed will help more than cooldown reduction, although it is viable because you have trinity and you will deal more damage with tumble. Also, haha i couldn't get the items to work, i tried it and they all came up blank! i was cut :(. Good Job Dude, Please Check Out My Guide :) also im giving you +rep :) BEST VAYNE GUIDE I HAVE SEEN.
