For boots you can go or go Merc treds if they have three or more devastating cc's. And if they don't you can pick between the other two my personal choice is ionian boots cause the CDR is just awesome

Ghostblade or work for your last item but i prefer ghostblase cause it gives a variety of statistics like flat ArP and CDR and has a nice active but once again this is a choice thing
