Veigar in depth guide, AP Maniac
take a 2nd lvl in Event Horizon at lvl 10 this allows you to fully burst, with 1 lvl in it you come a little short in time to really release your combo. If you have it lvl 2 you always have enough time. Including the time to run towards them after stun/burst to lose a low ranged ignite if neccesary, Balefull Strike also has a shorter range then your Dark Matter and Event Horizon.
You really put some effort in making this guide so I give you +1. And i like it, i tried out the build and it worked :D, made a lot of kills and died 2 times. Really nice explanation, but you should put some replays.

Yeah, I will put replays today or tomorrow. I know it works, I play with this build every day. I make a lot of kills with this build but people won't try it out....they will just vote down and won't even post why they voted down but it's ok :)...there are still people like you :).
