Indeed. His passive allow him to have lots of mana.
The Idea of building Archangel's is not for its mana. Its for the other passive ability that can stack.
I decided to share this post as my maximum AP on a 49min game came to 1400+. Thats a LOT and can even pwn offtanks with a combo.
Of course, going deathfire is always a solution when playin agains players with lots of life. The main idea is gather gold with the iten. Even though, if you dont think your AP is enough to combo, deathfire can be used to improve your combo (stun, 2nd skill, 1st skill, ult + deathfire).
