Well thank you! And yes viego is feeling weak, if you get a lead you are quite strong, but if you dont its really hard to even play the game! I mostly play him jungle, but i have started a new playstyle in solo lanes, he feels strong in lanes, due to its sustain. I go for 
Conqueror, Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, Last Stand, and secondary Taste of Blood, Ravenous Hunter. For builds rush Blade of the Ruined King , Goredrinker, sterack's gage, then some defensive item like Death's Dance vs ad or Wit's End vs ap, then finish it up with Guardian Angel. This build feels really nice and i had a lot of success, try it out and tell me
