This build has many pros which i will list down bellow : it combines tankyness with Ability power. Dont forget his passive, which gives him more health if he gets bonus AP and more AP if he gets bonus health. The second fact that makes this build strong is the cooldown reduction : Vladimirs W and E abilities are not consumming mana, but his own health. His Q spell, "Transfusion", is a lifestealth spell. It means that if you combine this spell with CDR, Vladimir will constantly get his health back.
