I am just so against stacking on this champion. If your enemy deals so hard physical damage why not go for an early as it will give you more armor for a better price and you will build it later into , also the health regen is not a need for vlad since his ofers him all the sustain he shall need. Also I don't think it is good to get hourglass as your first major item on .

Why you don't want lanesustain? LOL you could just laugh to that solotop who can't sustain enough -> Win lane -> get more farm -> carry. So k, everyone has own plastyle

Spell vamp is a must for Vladimir, I'd recommend you think item sequence over again :3

Indeed a nice guide, BUT items.

I can still agree CDR boots and 2 dorans, but rushing into hourglass, just no.
Where is the lanesustain you have? Oh wait, you don't have it. That's why you rush into Hextech revolver as soon as possible.

Well, void staff is viable, but there is better items like abyssal sceptre etc.

Not voting anything yet tho.

You have a lot of good options for items and I like that. perhaps instead of writing them all out though, change it into icons:
