The crux of this build is UMBRAL GLAIVE. This item is cheap costing only 2400 g and many players don't build it at all in the game because it lacks the AD that Carry's are looking for. We are going to abuse it. It can be rushed with the help of FUTURE'S MARKET in the inspiration tree and if we ignore the fact that lethality is kinda useless on Bard we end up with one of the most broken support items in the game. We will rush this item for early game roams after a pair of MOBILITY BOOTS. Because Bard is particularly SAFE and has the best roam in the game as support his benefits greatly from a near-constant sweeper. It provides as much damage as Bard will need to for successful ganks. We are also taking ZOMBIE WARD, TWIN SHADOWS second to push into enemy territory safely, and BLUE TRINKET at level 9 over SWEEPER because now you, the support, get to have a RANGED WARD FOR OBJECTIVES thanks to Umbral Glaive.

The rest of the build should be standard Bard.

One item to highly consider on Bard is ZHONYA'S. Zhonya's is another item with an incredibly broken unique active and like Umbral I believe it could literally cost 3,000g and give you ZERO additional stats. If I could pay 2400g to clear wards x4 faster than sweeper I would. You can though? If it's going to be a "Take exhuast" game and the enemy is a heavy dive / assassin comp, I would opt for 2nd item Zhonyas.

I figured out how OP this was from all the MF support I play which is actually, surprisingly, if you know you have a good matchup bot with her really BEAST!? UMBRAL GLAIVE MF is a huge boost to her success because it propels her in the direction of a support.

Could other adc's become viable supports? What other supports could use the UMBRAL GLAIVE roam tactic?

We are opting out of the SORCERY tree because we need to rush Umbral Glaive and gold is crucial to our success. SCORCH is nice but not necessary because we don't care about extra damage if we can clear more wards, have more map presence, and cause more havoc early. What's more is you can obtain full build relatively early around the 25 minute mark consistently with good Kill Participation. We lose out on CELERITY as a result which is great for us but and this build FEELS SLOW. But we want to help the team with items and cooldown reduction as soon as possible. What's the use of running around without items? INGENIOUS HUNTER will help us with TWIN SHADOWS and REDEMPTION. With INGENIOUS HUNTER over the additional movement speed everyone chooses with RELENTLESS we can spam our cool downs, more ghosts, more sweeping or blue trinkets, and dominate the map. Bard's already fast AF. He don't need go mor fast brah. And anyways we're getting +10 movement boots, and economy will get us a f***** Yomuus if you want it ok? Economy is the solution to the items which are essential to our success. UMBRAL GLAIVE EARLY.

It is perfectly fine if you think I am wrong and take SORCERY as per usual. You'll just be getting your items the regular way. This is a greedy fast start get rolling build to shut down the team.
