I was in a hurry at the moment so i did not pay much attention to the runes as I knew i could fix them later.. So i thought if i am not that great and this build is working out for me, then others will be unstoppable. Also, the build said to lane in only the beginning, unless someone needs help, a turret must be destoryed or there is an enemy that you want to kill. The RageBlade is for the Q (Hungering Strike) like you said, but also because its passive and its +35 damage. And the other items are for Attack speed and Damage. So, this build may scream Compromise to you, but if you only tried it. Oh, and i wasnt lying when i said i had a 16 win streak with him.

Very strange rune choices. When you try to compromise between multiple fronts, you don't get anything accomplished. Laning Warwick is also terrible. Guinsoo's is a strange choice considering that you don't really use AP aside from your Q. Your masteries, your item choices, and your runes all scream out "compromise", and the result is a Warwick that is mediocre at everything, but great at nothing.
