flash and a lot of hp because its ranked and u get focused

get blue buff when teamfights start because you probably wont have max cdr (or 39%) yet

clairvoyance is because the only other useful thing is clarity, which i don't really like for muultiple reasons. clairvoyance = someone has to have it on your team and also you can use it to get those hax ultimates off on people going b at 200 hp. put a clairvoyance on a rock where its not obvious, ult, and watch them rage. but still if you can hit like 3 people with your ult, do it.

also, sell your chalice and get zhonya's hourglass if you max out your items and need a seventh.
