Very hard matchup to play. You have to go cleanse vs Lissandra. Focus on making big trades every time her W is on cooldown. Also make sure to cleanse her ultimate, not W.

Introduction

Hi
I'm Whisky, mostly playing on EUNE server. I'm currently in master tier. I'm here to share my leblanc experience with you.
About LeBlanc
LeBlanc is the strongest in early/mid game, but if you use her right, she can be relly strong in late game as well. It's really easy to solokill with her, because her trades are really difficult to counter. That's why her laning phase is insane.
Abilities

Mirror Image (Passive)
When LeBlanc drops below 40% health, she becomes invisible for 1 second and creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds.Mirror Image has a 1 minute cooldown.
Mirror Image can be controlled by holding the Alt key and using the right mouse button.

Sigil of Malice (Q)
LeBlanc projects a sigil, dealing damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. Damaging the marked target with an ability detonates the sigil, dealing additional damage.LeBlanc projects a sigil, dealing 55/80/105/130/155 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds.Damaging the marked target with an ability detonates the sigil, dealing 55/80/105/130/155 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage.

Distortion (W)
LeBlanc dashes to a location, dealing damage to enemies near her destination. For the next 4 seconds, activate Distortion again to return LeBlanc to her starting location.LeBlanc dashes to a location, dealing 75/115/155/195/235 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies near her destination. For the next 4 seconds, activate Distortion again to return LeBlanc to her starting location.

Ethereal Chains (E)
LeBlanc launches a chain that shackles the first enemy hit. If the target remains shackled for 1.5 seconds, LeBlanc roots them and deals additional damage.LeBlanc launches a chain that shackles the first enemy hit, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage and granting True Sight of the target. If the target remains shackled for 1.5 seconds, LeBlanc roots them for 1.5 seconds and deals an additional 60/90/120/150/180 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage.

Mimic (R)
LeBlanc casts a mimicked version of her most recently used basic ability, applying the same effects and dealing modified magic damage.Mimic Sigil of Malice: Deals 70 / 140 / 210 (+40% of ability power) magic damage and double damage upon triggering the mark.
Mimic Distortion: Deals 150 / 300 / 450 (+75% of ability power) magic damage.
Mimic Ethereal Chains: Deals 70 / 140 / 210 (+40% of ability power) magic damage and double damage upon rooting.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
+Very strong in roams
+Mobility
+Good escape
+Small cooldown on ultimate
+Big solocarry potential
+Hard to counter her trades
Cons:
-Hard to master
-Very bad early wave clear
-Big cooldown on her W
-Terrible when behind
Example matchups

Yasuo
Yasuo matchup for LeBlanc is even. Punish yasuo everytime his windwall is on cooldown with your Q->W->auto/Q->W->E combo. Use your W wisely, if you go too deep into the lane and your W is down, yasuo will most likely kill you. Play passive when your W is down, play aggressive when it's up, but not too aggressive. The biggest problem for LeBlanc vs Yasuo matchup is pushing. Yasuo can simply kill waves and force you to miss CS. You can't really do anything about it, but to ask your jungler for help.

Lissandra
This is definitely one of the worst matchups for LeBlanc. Don't try to solokill lissandra, because there is really low chance you will succeed. She can outtrade you every time you go in with Q->W, because she will root you every time you jump and hit her whole combo. You can only go in trades, when her W is down. In this matchup don't even think about going ignite, there is no better choice than cleanse. If she goes in with E, most likely her jungler is close, W out, try to hit your E and Q for some damage, but don't really risk going all in, unless you are sure you can oneshot her and your cleanse is up.

Orianna
In this matchup you just have to play aggressive and make big trades, because if you play passive, she will just poke you down and force to recall/miss cs. Try making trades when her ball is far away from her, when she can't just shield herself fast enough. After she throws Q, go in and do as much as you can. You can easily bait her ultimate by going in hard and moving back to your W.
