for runes get anyhintg you want but get magic pen , abilty power , health

- Abyssal ScepterI think it is a great item for support AP shen because it gives him AP and magic resists too everyone
- Zhonya's Hourglassit is a great item for shen because it gives him armour and can go invincible ofr 2 seconds :D
- Rylai's ScepterRylai's Scepter is a great item for shen because it gives him health and slows them down to chase people

- Vopal Bladeits hits and enemy and if u hit the enemy with normal attack one that got hit by the vopal blade you get health regeneration for few seconds

- Feintfenit gives you a shield for a few seconds

- Shadow Dashits dashes thourough the enemy and the enemy that you dashed past gets taunted

- Stand UnitedStand united is a global skill and you teleport too your team mate giving a massive shield
