What you were missing in your description of cleaver is that the most important bonus is the movespeed kiting possibility of phage, so you can sometimes sit on the phage and finish something else in between and still get that bonus!

I also disagree with the classification of Udyr and Sejuani as being low threat, because both of those -- when decently played -- completely **** on kindred and can take all of their jungle...

Otherwise, good guide!

I guess since they have some hard cc it would make sense. Sejuani though seems a bit situational. Your Q is perfect for dodging the intial charge and the strikes as well. Otherwise, it becomes fairly difficult.

However, Udyr I can see. I can fix that. Thank you for the info!

I prefer Death's Dance, because the delay of 30% of incoming damage always lets you ult!
Nobody can burst you when you have this item and you even survive 2 seconds of CC. The difference in "being able to ult" and "not being able to ult" feels extremely strong. Try it out! Especially, as assassin combos are still a thing in below-diamond elo!

Also, the "lifesteal" on this item is on all physical damage, not just autoattacks (as is the case for normal lifesteal), thus also healing you for the ability damage of Q and E! Considering that E can be a huge damage spike, that heal is powerful...

Occasionally. Personally, I prefer taking because of its AD, attack speed, and lifesteal. Additionally, you get free % health damage, which is perfect for shredding tanks.

Hey great guide! I'm fairly new to kindred and I've been trying to find a build for them but all of them are outdated. I was wondering if this build is still viable or not, Thanks in advance!

First off, thanks for choosing my guide...or stumbling upon it! It's nice to always get feedback.

As for the build...depends on who you ask. I believe it's perfectly viable, even if it's out of the norm. However, some may argue that you don't receive enough crit chance early on for to make a difference. Essentially, I value the utility of lifesteal over early crit chance.

Is it a viable build?: Yes!
Is it the best build for you?: Maybe!

I suggest trying out my final build, and the common build that I placed on my guide. In short, both are perfectly fine; you will not get flamed for either.
