Summary

Overall my alistar build gives you the most for your money. It will also make you the best tank ever. I always win lane as alistar. I've even played ranked with him as solo top and won.

Laning

As lane alistar your going to want to bot or top. As bot play support but do not buy wards. Wards are overrated and take away too much money. Dont let your team mates foul you. As solo top try to focus on killing. Your farm is not the best, however your killing skills are very stronk. When i top i bind the quote "you cant milk there" to my t key. Therefore I can spam it and piss the **** out of opponents.


Spells

You can use any spell you wish. Even with the mana regen I still recommend clarity and heal, this will give you the most sustain and make you that ideal tank. The only spell you do not want to use is ghost because you will already move fast with the boots.


Overview

My Alistar build focuses on reaching maximum mana and hp regen. The key to alistar is not to build tank that is what his ult if for. Overall you can change out the runes for hp regen if you wish to be even more tanky.
