I just go to propose the best build i found for Xerath. I think Xerath become a real ganker when he can use his skills in buckles ... With thoose builds you can use flashlight like every second and stun with E like every 4 seconds. it's a real avantage in 1v1. What ever :p With cooldowns reduce u can also use Ulti quite 40 scd ... one gank top ? ok it's done ... go gank bot .. ha Ulti up , GOOOO. You make many domages and can arase like ever you want ... Xerath is the best midl line and have a very long range for finish your opponent behind the tower. enjoy
