Items

Doran's shield to start off. Getting the Mercury's Treads next for speed and magic resist. Next taking the Dagger for speed and the Vampiric Scepter for life steal. Then I go for the Wit's End for more magic resist, attack speed and its stacking magic resist bonus. Once I get to this point I find that the opposition is getting more armor. So I pick up the Black Cleaver for more armor pen and attack speed. Next since I'm lacking in the damage department I go for the Hexdrinker for more magic resist and the damage. Next to pick up more speed I grab the Guinsoo's Rageblade. Still lacking in the damage I get rid of the Doran's Shield and grab Madred's Bloodrazor. This item takes care of all the opposition that decide to get the thorn mail to combat the speed I put out. Last is the Blood Thisrster to round out the build. If you find yourself with extra money after this is complete I would trade in the boots and get the Phantom Dancer.
