Okay so firstly as a jungler it's always good to start with blue, keep in mind in order for this build to work you need to be very experience with jungling and no fear what so ever because as soon as you stop fighting you're just going to die anyway.

Now Start of at blue with 5 HP Pots and Cloth Armour you can easily solo blue with Xin but if you want it to be a sure fire kill get an ally to hit blue and run so it chases them while you take a few free hits at it eventually it'll auto path to you. If you haven't got help from an ally start with Talon Three Strike to initiate, if you do have an ally that has hit blue hit it a few times and once it agros you use your Talon Three Strike, now this golem may get you low hp but don't go running or you most likely die anyway. As he reaches half hp smite him and 2-3 more hits should finish the job.

Follow the skill order once you have leveled, now your jungle route will be Blue(Already done)> Wolves > Banshees > Then Red, Red is only adviced if you have more than 70% hp and 1 hp pot once your done with the banshees if not go kill the 2 golems and head back to base to buy first. While you're killing read start with Three Strike but then Activate Xin's attack speed passive after the third strike, this will allow his Three strike to dramatically cool down faster so you can re-use it really fast saving you from taking unnecessary damage.

Last step and then you're pretty much set. After you have red either kill Golems to get level 4 (If you didn't go back to base) Then go heal and buy. Now at level 4 you'll have your initiating skill + red so get a move on and get ganging.

The reason I have chosen flat runes is because it will always be better to start jungle with flat runes you have a big advantage over others who don't.
